The steam evaporated is captured by the mist interceptor at the top of the tower, ensuring the outgoing steam is pollution-free. The water vapor, after recovering the heat source through the energy-saving unit, heats the air at the cold end of the heat pump, while also pre-cooling the steam to alleviate the workload of the subsequent surface cooling unit, achieving an energy-saving ratio of 15%.
The evaporated steam passes through an energy-saving device and then into a condenser for condensation. The temperature of the chilled water inside the cooling coil is 3~5°C. After exiting the condenser, the entire evaporation process is completed.
