Tangshan Yuanfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale rolling steel production and sales enterprise that integrates production and research and development. Located in Tangshan, the steel capital of the Bohai Rim Economic Zone, the company is adjacent to Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, and Caofeidian Port, enjoying convenient transportation. The company covers over 150 acres, divided into two main areas: production and living. With an asset total of 1.05 billion yuan, we currently have more than 300 employees, including 40 senior engineers, 30 chief engineers, and 80 middle to high-level technical personnel.
Our company invested 50 million yuan in a comprehensive equipment overhaul by the end of 2016, now boasting a brand new production line, 13 sets of 550 full-rolling equipment, a 100-meter cold bed, 550 straightening machine, high-pressure water descaling equipment, and other high-end automated environmental protection equipment systems. Due to the increasing market demand and total output, we have also constructed a new 100-meter x 29-meter warehouse. This ensures both product quality meets specifications and the surface smoothness of the products. In response to the call for energy conservation and environmental protection, we have upgraded our natural gas equipment, utilizing natural gas for production. This not only saves energy and protects the environment but also guarantees the smooth progress of steel production.
