Ultra-high-pressure hydraulic press rapid return
When the electro-hydraulic directional valve 6 shifts to the left position, the upper chamber of cylinder 15 has not been depressurized, resulting in high pressure. The upper position of directional valve 10 is conductive, putting it in the open state. The oil from main pump 1 flows through valve 6 (left position) and valve 11 back to the oil tank. At this point, main pump 1 operates at low pressure, which is insufficient to open the main valve core of the hydraulic check valve 14, but it can open the unloading valve core in 14. The high-pressure oil in the upper chamber of the main cylinder is released back into the filling tank 13 through the opening of this unloading valve core, gradually reducing the pressure. This process continues until the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder drops to a lower level, at which point directional valve 10 closes, and the oil supply pressure of pump 1 increases, lifting the main valve core of the hydraulic check valve 14. At this moment, the pressure oil from pump 1 passes through valve 6 (left position) and hydraulic check valve 7 into the lower chamber of the main cylinder; while the oil in the upper chamber of the main cylinder flows through valve 14 to the filling tank 13, enabling the main cylinder to return quickly.
During operation, a direct-acting overflow valve is added at the pump outlet to prevent the machine from being blocked by debris or workpieces. As the pump operates, the output pressure oil increases over time, preventing the hydraulic oil from reaching the hydraulic cylinder. This serves to protect the hydraulic pump and components, acting as a safety valve. When the pump pressure reaches the overflow valve's conductive pressure, the overflow valve opens, allowing the hydraulic oil to return to the oil tank, ensuring safety. In the hydraulic system, placing the overflow valve near the hydraulic pump enhances the stability of the hydraulic system and improves the precision of parts processing.
