Ultra-high-pressure hydraulic cylinder

Use and Maintenance of Ultra-High Pressure Hydraulic Cylinders
I. Basic Requirements
1. Recommended hydraulic fluid: Use YA-N46 for summer, YA-N32 for winter, or a mechanical oil with the corresponding viscosity (30 to 40 cSt at 50°C).
2. The oil temperature should be between 5°C and 65°C during operation to prevent premature aging of the seals.
3. Ensure the hydraulic oil is clean, and the oil contamination index should meet the Chinese standard at level 19/16.
II. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
Hydraulic cylinders should be properly packaged during storage and transportation. Protective devices should be added to the oil port mating surfaces and the exposed piston rod sections.
Ensure secure fastening during storage and transportation to prevent磕碰.
Ensure secure hanging during lifting to prevent falls or collisions.
Section 3: Disassembly and Assembly of the Ultra-High Pressure Cylinder
Before dismantling the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the cylinder should be reduced to zero.
Ensure no damage to hydraulic cylinder parts during disassembly.
3. Due to the varying specific structures of hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is not uniform. Judgment should be made based on the specific situation.
1) For flange connections, first remove the flange connection bolts, then use the bolts to push out the end cover; do not force or hammer it, as this may damage it.
2) For the inner card key connection, use a special tool to push the guide sleeve inward. After the card key is exposed, remove it and fill the card key slot with a nylon or rubber material before pulling it out.
3) For threaded connection hydraulic cylinders, the screw cover should be unscrewed first.
4) When removing the piston rod and piston, do not force the piston rod assembly out of the cylinder bore. Instead, try to keep the axis of the piston rod assembly aligned with the cylinder bore and pull it out slowly.
4. After dismantling and inspecting the parts, they should be stored in a cleaner environment and equipped with anti-collision isolation devices. Before reassembly, the parts should be thoroughly cleaned.
IV. Requirements for the Work Environment
In adverse weather conditions, the surface of the hydraulic cylinder should be treated to prevent rust.
2. When working in high-temperature environments, insulation devices should be set up around the hydraulic cylinder.
3. In dusty work environments, consider adding dust-proofing equipment to the hydraulic cylinder.
