Frame production process

Steel Sheet Raw Materials -- Jiangsu Eumax selects superior Q235 and Q345 materials to meet customers' material requirements.

Professional equipment ---- Jiangsu Oumai uses double-head flame cutting for automatic cutting, achieving one-time molding.

Shot blasting rust removal treatment----Jiangsu Omage cutting completed frame, surface treated with high-intensity shot blasting micro-forging, effectively prevents surface rust, eliminates surface residual thermal stress during the cutting process, and hardens the surface. Thus ensuring the heat exchanger does not develop peeling or rusting during its service life.

Frame Plate Precision Processing - After shot blasting and rust removal, the frame undergoes precision processing to further enhance its quality and performance.

Frame Panel Coating -- The frame is first filled with putty to level it, followed by two coats of primer, and then two coats of high-quality marine paint for coating, to achieve an optimized finished product.

The frame molding process----After multiple processing steps, Jiangsu Oumaige frames are completed in production.
