Frame production process

Steel Plate Raw Material - Jiangsu Oumai selects high-quality Q235 and Q345 materials to meet customer material requirements.

Professional equipment —— Jiangsu Omeg uses double-head flame cutting for one-time automatic shaping.

Shot Blasting Rust Removal Treatment----Jiangsu Oumai Ge cutting frame completed, surface treated with high-intensity shot blasting micro-forging, effectively preventing surface rust, eliminating surface residual thermal stress during the cutting process, and hardening the surface. This ensures that the heat exchanger will not exhibit peeling or rusting during its service life.

Frame Plate Precision Processing - After shot blasting and rust removal, the frame undergoes precision processing to further enhance its quality and performance.

Frame panel coating -- First, apply putty to level the frame, then apply two coats of primer, followed by two coats of high-quality marine paint for coating, to achieve an optimized finished product.

The frame is formed----After multiple processing steps, Jiangsu Oumaike frame production is completed.
