Frame production process

Steel raw materials - Jiangsu Eumake selects excellent Q235 and Q345 materials to meet customer material requirements.

Professional equipment ---- Jiangsu Oumai uses double-head flame cutting for one-time automatic shaping.

Shot Blasting Rust Treatment --- Jiangsu Omage completes the cutting frame, with the surface treated by high-intensity shot peening and micro-forging, which effectively prevents rust on the surface, eliminates the surface residual thermal stress during the cutting process, and hardens the surface. This ensures that the heat exchanger will not experience peeling or rusting throughout its service life.

High precision frame plate processing -- After shot blasting to remove rust, the frame undergoes precision processing to further improve its quality and performance.

Frame panel coating ---- The frame is first filled with putty powder for leveling, followed by two coats of primer processing, and then coated with two layers of high-quality marine paint for finishing, to achieve an optimized product.

The frame is formed——After undergoing multiple processing steps, Jiangsu Oumai Frame is completed in production.
