The digital display manhole cover pressure tester conforms to the industry or national standards, including CJ/T3012-1993 "Cast Iron Manhole Cover", CJ/T121-2000 "Recycled Resin Composite Manhole Cover", JC889-2001 "Steel Fiber Concrete Manhole Cover", and GB/T 23858-2009 "Manhole Cover", designed for testing the load-bearing capacity and deformation of manhole covers. Its structural performance meets the requirements of the testing specifications.
The JGY-S series digital manhole cover pressure tester mainly consists of the main body of the equipment and the control oil source.
The test machine frame is connected to the test table and upper beam by four vertical columns. The lower beam is equipped with an oil cylinder piston, with the upper pressure plate above it. When the test piece contacts the upper pressure plate, the lower pressure plate ball seat can self-adjust and balance, ensuring the test piece remains level with the upper and lower pressure plates. A sealing device is set between the lower piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage, although a small amount of oil leakage is normal during use.
The control oil source of this testing machine is mainly composed of return oil valves, oil tanks, oil pumps, oil filters, and electric motors, with the oil pump being a direct-drive plunger pump.
