The CBW-50 machine boasts a novel and elegant design, adhering to ergonomic principles. It is a precision equipment for testing the process performance of metal thin plates and strips. It can perform the GB/T4156-2007 "Test Method for Erickson Cup Impaction of Metal Materials - Thin Plates and Thin Strips" and meets the requirements of JJG 583-88 and JB/T7408-94. Additionally, it adopts the ASTME643-2008 standard to inspect the plastic deformation properties of metal thin plates and strips during testing. With the addition of a punch cup mold, it can also carry out the GB/T5125-2008 "Test Method for Cupping of Non-Ferrous Metals" to examine the anisotropy of non-ferrous metal plates.

1. This cup bursting tester utilizes a new structural principle, allowing for servo motor constant-speed loading and achieving constant rate control. The stamping process is computer-controlled, enabling stepless adjustment of the stamping speed and pre-set speed settings. (Previously, constant rate control was not achievable with hydraulic cylinders and oil sources.)
2. Clamping force is independently loaded from a hydraulic oil source, adjustable, with synchronized data display and independent calibration.
3. The force measuring device has been upgraded from hydraulic sensors to spoke-type sensors, with the cup indentation value measurement now using encoder technology. During the test, the punch movement employs our company's innovative low-friction moving device. Combined with the high-precision spoke-type sensors (direct force measurement), it enables testing of ultra-thin sheet materials (0.05-3mm). This also significantly enhances the accuracy and reliability of the cup indentation value measurement of the testing machine. The perfect match between the instrument's measuring and loading devices, as well as its control program, effectively addresses the issue of poor repeatability in past test data. It also provides a reliable basis for China's implementation of the new cup indentation machine metrological verification regulations and cup indentation testing methods.
4. Cup-piercing and cup-forming molds are easy to change, and sample loading and unloading are simple. After placing the sample, pressing the automatic button completes the clamping. Test parameters can be input and altered. The stamping process is achieved through closed-loop control. If the compressive force value decreases, it automatically stops when the sample cracks, making it easy to observe the cracks. Test data is displayed on the computer, with peak memory functionality, such as the compressive force and cup-piercing value, enabling report generation, storage, batch processing, and curve plotting of test results. The deformation height is automatically remembered, and the system automatically returns to the waiting-for-test state upon completion of a test.
