
YSM-70W Rock Abrasion Test Machine, Rock Wear Resistance Index CAI Value Test System
The YSM-70W is composed of three parts: the main unit of the Rock Abrasion Tester, the steel needle abrasion measurement system, and the measuring and controlling system. It uses two servo motors to precisely control the application force of the steel needle, the test speed, and the distance. Compared to traditional CAI testers, this machine makes the experiment easier and the data content more abundant.
The rock sample abrasion test speed and distance are controlled using servo motors, providing more precise control.
Utilizing our independently developed pytest program, high-precision servo cylinders, and high-accuracy force sensors, we achieve precise control over the force applied by the steel needle, allowing for adjustable force within a certain range, with accurate and flexible force control.
The system employs a microcomputer control with a supervisory computer, enabling automatic initiation of experiments and data collection.
Test the applied force and erosion direction force of steel needles during the experimental process, with the support of our independently developed data analysis system, providing richer experimental data and stronger research viability.

The steel needle wear measurement system utilizes optical image technology, reducing the product outline by dozens of times through a telecentric lens and transmitting it to a 5-megapixel high-resolution CCD camera for digital processing. Subsequently, a powerful background drawing and measurement software, with its robust computational capabilities, rapidly captures the product outline according to pre-programmed instructions. It then calculates the product dimensions by comparing the outline with an image ruler formed by the tiny pixel points of a high-pixel camera, accurately measuring linear dimensions and angles.
The control system employs a full digital closed-loop control, with the user interface compatible with Win7 (32-bit, 64-bit), featuring real-time curve display, report and curve processing, curve visualization, modular software structure, and data storage and processing based on MS-ACCESS database, facilitating connection with office software such as OFFICE.
