Circular bulk bags are those with a round appearance. Our company can also customize square, U-shaped, and reinforced bulk bags according to customer requirements.
Circular bulk bags usage — Loading and unloading
1) Loading onto the truck
Attach the lifting rings of the container bags evenly to the lifting device. Depending on the type of container bag and the load weight, forklifts, cranes, and hoists can be used. If using a forklift to lift the container bags, adjust the blade to the correct position, ensuring the bags are snug against the forklift and not tilted forward. To maintain balance of the bag's center of gravity during lifting, avoid hanging from a single ring. Then, slowly raise the container bags using the lifting device and place them evenly on the train (or truck) deck once at a certain height. If immediate loading is not required, stack them neatly and consistently at the work site. During lifting and stacking, avoid pressing against, tilting, or colliding with each other.
2) Unloading Materials
Lift the container bags using a forklift or crane, align them over the feed trough or the opening of another container. Unfasten the bottom material opening rope of the bag, and the raw materials will fall out automatically, completing the unloading process. For single-use container bags, you can puncture the bottom from a distance with a suitable tool to discharge the contents. Avoid standing under the container bags during the lifting and unloading operation.
