Manufacturing process of bulk bags:
Bulk bags are made primarily from polypropylene, mixed with a small amount of stabilizing additives, then melted and extruded into plastic film by an extruder. The film is cut into strips, stretched, and heat-set to form high-strength, low-elongation PP monofilament. This monofilament is then woven and coated to create the base fabric for plastic burlap. After being sewn with straps and other accessories, the ton bags are produced.

The use of bulk bags represents a significant reform in China's bulk cargo packaging and transportation industry.
