Copper busbars are large current conductive products suitable for high and low-voltage electrical equipment, switch contacts, distribution equipment, busway systems, and other electrical engineering applications. They are also extensively used in ultra-high current electrolytic smelting processes such as metal refining, electrochemical electroplating, and chemical caustic soda production. Our electrical copper busbars offer low resistivity and high flexibility.
Copper busbars, also known as copper busbars, copper busbars, or copper busbars, are long conductors made of copper material with a rectangular or chamfered (rounded) rectangular cross-section. Those made of aluminum material are called aluminum busbars. They function in circuits to transmit current and connect electrical equipment. Currently, the quality requirements for copper busbars are implemented according to the GB/T standard. Due to copper's superior electrical conductivity compared to aluminum, copper busbars are widely used in electrical equipment, especially in complete distribution units; generally, the A, B, C, N phase busbars and PE busbars in distribution cabinets are all made of copper busbars. Copper busbars are usually marked with phase color letters or coated with phase color paint in use. The A phase copper busbar is marked with "yellow," B phase with "green," C phase with "red," N phase with "light blue," and PE busbar with "yellow-green" dual-color.
