Ultra-Pure Water: EDI ultra-pure water systems are used after reverse osmosis systems to produce stable deionized water. The RO product water enters the EDI module and is distributed to the freshwater chamber, where trace ions not removed in the reverse osmosis process are adsorbed onto the membrane surface by the ion exchange resins in the freshwater chamber. Under the influence of an electric current, the anions and cations in the freshwater chamber migrate to the corresponding electrodes in the concentrate water chamber, thus producing high-purity water. This process does not require acid-base chemical regeneration, can be produced continuously, and does not cause environmental issues. The water quality of the effluent is generally controlled at 12-18.25 MΩ.CM.
Equipment Model: 0.5 ton/hour - 100 tons/hour
Equipment selection注意事项: Consider the peak water usage for production, the requirements for water quality, and the quality of raw water.
Equipment Selection Considerations: Pipe material, brand of high-pressure pump, brand of reverse osmosis membrane, brand of EDI membrane stack, overall equipment water quality output parameters.
