Ultra-Pure Water: EDI ultra-pure water systems are used after reverse osmosis (RO) systems to produce stable deionized water. The RO product water enters the EDI module and is distributed into the freshwater chamber, where trace ions that were not removed during reverse osmosis are adsorbed onto the membrane surface by the ion exchange resin in the freshwater chamber. Under the action of an electric current, the cations and anions in the freshwater chamber migrate to the corresponding electrodes in the concentrated water chamber, thus producing high-purity water. There's no need for acid or base chemical regeneration, and it can be produced continuously without causing environmental issues. The effluent water quality is generally controlled at 12-18.25 MΩ·cm.
Equipment Model: 0.5 ton/hour - 100 tons/hour
Equipment selection注意事项: Consider the peak water usage for production, the requirements for water quality, and the quality of raw water.
Equipment selection considerations: pipeline material, brand of high-pressure pump, brand of reverse osmosis membrane, brand of EDI membrane stack, overall equipment water quality output parameters.
