working principle
When the prime mover drives the impeller to rotate, it exerts both centrifugal force and axial thrust on the liquid, which is a combination of centrifugal pump and axial flow pump. The liquid flows out of the impeller diagonally.
Scope of application
Used for conveying clean and contaminated media, chemically neutral or corrosive media.
Forced circulation in chemical processes, seawater aquaculture, urban gas engineering, and water treatment systems.
performance parameters
Flow rate (Q): up to 20000 m3/h
Head (H): up to 30m
Work pressure (P): 1.0MPa
Working temperature (t): 0 ℃~+80 ℃
Design features
Mixed flow pump is a type of "pull-out" structural pump, which does not require dismantling the pipeline connected to the pump body when inspecting and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal. Equipped with precision machined pump shaft and bearings lubricated with thin oil, with protective shaft sleeves installed in the packing box cover. The oil level of the bearing box can be controlled by a constant position oil cup.
The legs of the pump body can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. In this way, the rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, ensuring a better service life of the bearings.
Due to the larger overcurrent area, it reduces blockage.
The rotation direction of the pump, when viewed from the drive end, is clockwise.
The power drive can be either an electric motor or an internal combustion engine.
The pump device can be equipped with a complete air release device, which is beneficial for the exhaust of the suction pipeline.
