Lightweight
Our company's BAS-modified Perlite composite core material, with a bulk density less than 600 kg/m³, reduces the overall weight of the board to about 30% of traditional concrete materials.
· High Strength
The combination structure features a light steel frame and high-strength BAS inorganic lightweight core material. Despite being a lightweight panel, it retains the large bearing capacity and high safety of traditional reinforced concrete heavy-duty slabs. It meets both uniform load requirements and has strong centralized bearing capacity, making it an ideal material to replace traditional concrete roof and floor slabs.
Durable
A meticulously designed combination of material selection and construction methods, resulting in a product design with a service life of up to 50 years.
Coreboard is made of inorganic material, with good stability, anti-aging properties, and a service life equivalent to concrete.
The wire diameter at the bottom of the board is over 3mm, with a protective layer thickness of over 20mm and a moisture absorption rate below 0.1%.
The boards exhibit strong resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and other gases. After 25 freeze-thaw cycles, there is little change in volume and strength.
Insulation and heat preservation
The boards offer excellent thermal insulation properties with a low thermal conductivity, with the whole board's heat transfer coefficient as low as 0.3 W/m²K, meeting the energy-saving requirements for building insulation in cold regions.
The boards offer excellent thermal insulation properties. When the outer side of the board is heated to 900°C, the inner side temperature remains only 50°C, making them ideal building insulation materials for high-temperature regions.
· Fire-resistant
The coreboard is made of inorganic materials, is non-flammable, and does not crack or release toxic gases when exposed to fire, making it an excellent refractory material. The whole board has a fire resistance limit exceeding 2 hours, meeting the first-grade fire prevention requirements for components.
Waterproof
The steel frame lightweight panels come factory-fitted with a specialized BAS composite anti-seepage coating, which, in conjunction with the overall roof waterproofing method, forms a reliable composite waterproofing system, addressing the issue of seepage commonly found in lightweight panels.
·Blow-off valve
Meets the requirements for special building roof and wall explosion venting and fragile design. Tests have proven that during an explosion, the steel frame lightweight panel's steel frame will remain in the building's main structure, while the core material shatters instantly, achieving the explosion venting goal without causing secondary injuries.
Soundproof
Sheet materials have an average sound insulation rating of over 40dB, meeting the soundproofing requirements for high-grade acoustic buildings such as studios.
· Seismic-resistant
Steel frame lightweight panels are a type of lightweight sheet material that is conducive to seismic resistance. With reasonable seismic joint design, they meet the requirements of 8-degree seismic fortification. Moreover, during an earthquake, the secondary damage caused by the panels is minimal, making them an ideal component material for buildings in seismic zones.
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly
The main material of the board is all natural inorganic, non-toxic, and harmless, with excellent breathability, ensuring healthy and comfortable living.
Board production utilizes a portion of industrial waste, classified as a comprehensive utilization of resources product.
· Easy to use
Fast installation of the boards, minimal construction stages, significantly shortening the construction period.
The board shape and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements, and can meet requirements for hole cutting and hanging items.
Panels provide a convenient and reasonable solution for the installation of skylights for lighting, fan equipment, lightning protection systems, and secondary renovation.
·Simple maintenance
Boards are easy to use with no special maintenance required, and have low operation costs; local damage can be repaired on-site directly, and individual boards can be replaced if necessary, without affecting the overall structure.
