Overview of Vibrating Screen Gold Mining Equipment Process:
Materials are transported into the feeding chute by engineering vehicles, then washed with high-pressure water before being screened and graded into three levels: fine material, coarse material, and waste material. Waste material is directly discharged into the waste material pool through the waste material chute.
After fine materials enter the two vibratory/agitator chutes through the sorting box for the first recovery, they are then transferred to two fixed gold pan sluices for the final recovery.
The coarse material enters a vibratory/impeller hopper for recovery, then moves to a stationary gold pan hopper for final separation. Fine material and coarse tailings are pumped into a pump box by a diesel pump unit and transferred to a pressure-reducing buffer distribution box, before being recycled in three vibratory/impeller hoppers and finally separated in three stationary gold pan hoppers.
