Principle of Operation: Roll Crushers
This machine uses two sets of independently driven rollers to crush materials through the compression and friction generated by their relative rotation. Once the material enters the crushing chamber, it is subjected to the shearing force of the rotating rollers, forcing it through the gap between the rollers while being compressed and abraded. The material begins to break down. The finely crushed particles follow the tangent direction of the roller rotation and are ejected downward through the gap between the rollers. Larger particles that exceed the gap continue to be crushed into smaller particles and then discharged.
