Transmission System Enhancement:
a. Upgraded Drum Roller Wheel: Equipped with 4 Ø670mm wear-resistant solid rubber tires, significantly extending the service life compared to the old-style small tires.
Roller support wheel enlargement: Use 4 Ø670mm wear-resistant solid rubber tires, compared with the old small tire service life has been significantly improved;
b. Employed dual-power four-wheel synchronized drive to resolve the issue of wheel slippage.
Adopt dual power four-wheel synchronous drive to solve the problem of supporting wheel slip;
c. Drive shafts and bearings are both enlarged in the old model for increased strength and durability.

2. Refine the roller:
a. Increased drum wall thickness, with screening sections woven from oil field wear-resistant sucker rods, significantly enhancing the drum's service life.
The thickness of the drum wall increases, and the screen section adopts the wear-resistant oil rod of the oil field to weave the net, which improves the service life of the drum qualitously.
b. The drum features a combination of integral spiral-toothed augers and segmented spiral-toothed augers, with the segmented type densely arranged to ensure thorough mixing and cleaning of the ore material.
The reamer in the roller adopts integral spiral serrated reamer + segmented spiral serrated reamer, and the segmented spiral serrated reamer is densely arranged to ensure that the ore material is fully mixed and cleaned.
3. Optimized structures such as water-stop plates and hoppers, ensuring the equipment no longer splashes or leaks.
To optimize the structure of the water baffle, hopper and other places, now the equipment will not splash water, water leakage.
