Gold Mining Equipment Package Process Overview
Raw materials are transported into the feeding chute by engineering vehicles, then flushed into a multi-screw washing drum sieve for sorting into two specifications: coarse and fine materials. After the coarse materials are collected at the end through a fixed gold pan chute, the waste materials are discharged into the waste material pool.
Fine material is discharged into the hopper and then pumped into a desliming machine using a sand pump for desliming. After desliming, the slurry is pumped back into the hopper and further into a 1200# horizontal fully automatic ore centrifuge for concentration. The concentrated material is automatically discharged, while the waste material is automatically pumped into the waste pool.
