Equipment Process Flow
Raw materials are transported into the hopper by engineering vehicles or other equipment, then flushed with high-pressure water before entering the four-screw auger for mud cleaning. Subsequently, they are passed through a roller sieve for grading, resulting in two specifications: material <6mm and waste material >6mm. The >6mm waste is directly discharged through a waste chute to the waste area.
Material less than 6mm is fed into the bottom hopper of the drum sieve, then pumped into two 120# horizontal fully automatic continuous mineral separator centrifuges for concentration. The concentrated material is discharged into the concentrate box via pipelines, while the waste material is piped out to the waste area.
