1. Connect the flush pipe, which has a diameter of 20mm and is a 4" pipe. It can be connected using a steel braided hose or a regular snake skin hose.
2. Place a bucket at the bottom of the waste outlet to collect the mercury discharged from the outlet. The heavy mercury will settle at the bottom of the bucket.
3. Supply water to the flushing pipe, adjust the valve size properly, and wait until water flows out of the waste outlet before adding raw materials (heavy sand, mercury compound).
4. Open the mercury paste discharge valve, adjust in moderation; do not fully open it, as mercury paste will be discharged from the outlet.
5. At this point, proceed with the non-interrupted feeding operation. Upon completion, purify the mercury paste in conjunction with the mercury vaporizer.
6. Caution: Mercury (Mercury) is toxic. Therefore, when handling, it is mandatory to wear rubber gloves and a suitable respirator mask to prevent poisoning from mercury vapor and to ensure no contact with wounds.
