Gold Separation Equipment Process Overview
Materials are transported from the raw material storage through an overhead feeding conveyor to the 1. drum washing mineral separator for cleaning and grading into four specifications: 0-4mm, 4-6mm, 6-10mm, and >10mm.
Scrap material over 10mm is discharged through the 2nd scrap conveyor.
Material 6-10mm passes through the 3. Fixed felt chute to recover large gold particles and then排出.
Material between 0-4mm is pumped into the 4. sand pump, then into the 5. suspended vibration gold gravity concentration machine to recover fine gold, with the tailings discharged into the material pool.
5. The tailings from the 6. agitator chute are first cleaned through the 7. chain bucket sand washing machine, then enter the 8. wheel sand washing machine for a second cleaning. The fine sand is recovered and dehydrated through the 9. fine sand recovery & dehydration unit, and then discharged to the area via the 10. finished sand conveying machine.
