Raw materials are transported into the vibrating feeder by engineering vehicles, then sent to the crusher for coarse crushing. After being cleaned and deslimed by the bucket washing mineral separator, they enter the drum screen for sorting into coarse and fine materials. The coarse material is then conveyed back to the ball mill for secondary grinding and fine crushing to complete the cycle.

The fine material is fed into a horizontal centrifuge for gold selection by a sand pump. The horizontal centrifuge is controlled by a PLC computer for automatic feeding and discharging. The waste discharged from the centrifuge is cleaned and dehydrated by a wheel sand washing machine, and the finished sand is discharged by a conveyor.
