Portable Gold Sluice Dredge Sand Washing Equipment Introduction
This set of equipment is a mobile chute gold panning and sand washing unit, developed and designed by our company in response to customer needs. The mobile chute gold panning and sand washing equipment features a reasonable and compact design, allowing for easy movement by a tow vehicle to the work site. The screening system employs a drum sieve with a novel core technology, offering the following advantages:
The mobile gold panning and sand washing equipment features a drum sieve powered by a dual-chain drive design, ensuring even kinetic energy transfer and high efficiency, effectively reducing electricity consumption. The inner sieve is made using a punching process, containing multiple augers that cover from the head to the tail, thoroughly washing and desliming the material, thereby enhancing the screening efficiency. The drum sieve's water supply system employs a central and side供水 method, with central water directly冲洗 the bottom material of the drum sieve; the side water is responsible for rinsing the outer sieve mesh, effectively preventing clogging of the outer sieve holes.
The feeding hopper system employs a Ø89 wear-resistant oil extraction tube, arranged in 8CM vertical intervals at the top of the feeding bin. This first separates out any materials larger than 8CM, thereby enhancing work efficiency and reducing wear on the conveyor belt and roller sieve. The lower part of the hopper uses a suspended vibratory feeder to prevent clogging and ensure uniform feeding. The discharge system utilizes four conveyors for material discharge. The gold recovery system employs a single fixed gold recovery mat chute. The brand of the gold recovery mat used is Mitsubishi from Japan.
Portable Gold Pan Sluice Sand Washing Equipment Process Overview
Raw materials are delivered to the feed storage by engineering vehicles. Firstly,不合格materials larger than 8CM are screened out to reduce wear on the drum sieve and conveyor belt, improving work efficiency. Materials smaller than 8CM are evenly fed into the hopper conveyor by a vibration feeder at the bottom of the hopper, which then delivers them to the drum sieve for sorting into four specifications as required by the customer.
The fine material separated by a drum sieve is then processed through a fixed gold pan chute for sand gold recovery. The processed material is discharged into a hopper, where it is pumped into a 4-inch sand pump, which feeds it into a wheel-type sand washing machine for cleaning. The cleaned finished material is then conveyed to the finished material area by a finished material conveyor.
The fine sand and wastewater from the overflow of the wheel sand washing machine are discharged into another material box, where they are pumped into a fine sand recovery machine by a 4-inch sand pump for sand recovery. The recovered fine sand is then discharged into the finished material area.
