1Utilizing a double-electric, three-way five-port solenoid valve to control the pneumatic knife-type gate valve cylinder, featuring a three-position switch, enabling control of the valve to remain at the upper limit, lower limit, or any intermediate position. 2The stop switches at the upper and lower limit positions of the gate valve emit a set of independent normally open or normally closed contact points when the valve remains in the upper or lower limit positions. These can be used as status indicators. 3When the gate valve stops at the upper and lower limit positions, the limit switches at the upper and lower limit positions automatically disconnect the power supply to the corresponding control coil of the solenoid valve. This ensures that when the gate valve remains at the upper and lower limit positions for an extended period, the solenoid valve's electrical control coil remains de-energized, preventing the heating of the solenoid coil and thus extending the service life of the solenoid valve, greatly enhancing its reliability. 4When the gate valve remains at the upper and lower limit positions for an extended period; the air source is cut off without consuming air, yet the pressure of the locking cylinder of the valve remains within the cylinder, ensuring a reliable stop position. 5During the cylinder switching process, if the control power is disconnected, the cylinder's intake and exhaust air are also simultaneously cut off. The pressure in the locking valve cylinder remains inside, and as long as the cylinder piston, solenoid valve, and joints are free of leaks, the gate valve can remain stationary at any position for an extended period.
