The Flanged Gate Valve is an elastic seat sealed gate valve, suitable for potable water systems, supply and drainage systems, wastewater treatment systems, and chemical fluid conveying systems. It is used as a cutting-off device in fluid pipelines in industries such as construction, urban environmental protection, petrochemical, food, metallurgy, textile, and electricity. (Not suitable for throttling)

With innovative structural design, stringent manufacturing techniques, and high-performance new materials, it overcomes the defects of traditional gate valves, such as poor sealing, easy rusting of internal components especially the gate plate, and rubber elasticity fatigue leading to aging.

The body is made of spheroidal cast iron and cast steel, with the stem being made of stainless steel and copper castings. It features high hardness, reliable sealing performance, easy operation, simple maintenance, and a long service life.

Valves are fully baked painted, effectively preventing rust and can be used for different mediums with just a valve seat seal material replacement. They achieve excellent sealing at low pressure, featuring a simple and compact structure.
