PVC foam board, also known as Snowflake Board and Andi Board, is composed of polyvinyl chloride, hence also referred to as foamed PVC board. The semi-hard skin foam production process for PVC is a new technique developed by combining the free foaming process with the skin foaming process. It features simple equipment and molds, easy-to-follow formulations, and low operational complexity.
Characteristics of PVC semi-hollow foam board:
Waterproof, flame-retardant, acid and alkali-resistant, termite-proof, lightweight, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and shock-absorbing properties
2. Same processing as wood, with processing performance far superior to wood
