The structure of XPE foam material is an independent closed-cell material, thus it also boasts thermal insulation and heat preservation properties; it also features noise reduction and waterproofing. With its inherent heat resistance, aging resistance, chemical resistance, and especially its compliance with international environmental protection standards, as well as its inherent nature as a rollable material and its adhesiveness, cross-linked polyethylene foam rolls are widely used in: central air conditioning projects, pipeline engineering, large containers, composite roofing (insulation and noise reduction) systems; electrical insulation packaging for items like luggage linings and printed circuit boards; midsoles for high-end sports footwear; automotive shock absorption and insulation materials; decorative materials; floating materials for water; and single or double-coated tape products.
Radiation Cross-Linked Foam Sheet (abbreviated as IXPE) features a smoother, denser surface with finer and more uniform bubbles compared to XPE, offering superior physical properties. It is widely used in construction, chemical pipeline, thermal engineering, vehicle and ship manufacturing, packaging, agriculture, fishing, sports, and entertainment industries. Currently, this product is still in the growth phase of the market in mainland China, with significant potential for development.
Jinwei Company's manufactured IXPE full plant equipment mainly includes three major parts: extrusion granulation, extrusion sheet material, and foam production line.
