System Technical Requirements:
Scanning time for a single filter membrane should be kept within4 minutes (at a magnification of 5, with individual pixel area approximately 1.8μm x 1.8μm).
Hardware support for adjusting polarized light can accurately differentiate between metallic and non-metallic particles, ensuring correct classification for both to provide a standardized data basis for assessment.
Available by length gradeISO 16232-2018, VDA 19-2015, and company-defined standards are used for classification and grading, and the total length of fibers on the filter membrane can be calculated.
According to customer requirements, sizes can be customized.Grains of different sizes from 5-1000μm and above can be classified and evaluated statistically.
