POE U.S. Dow ENGAGE™ 8100 Polyolefin Elastomer is an ethylene-octene copolymer with excellent flow properties, widely used in general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer applications.
Dow's ENGAGE 8100, when blended with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), exhibits superior impact resistance. The Dow ENGAGE 8100 offers high filler addition and excellent peroxide curing capabilities. After curing with peroxides, silanes, and radiation, the product boasts excellent heat aging properties, compression deformation resistance, and weatherability, making it suitable for manufacturing high-performance electrical insulation and plug products.
