High filtration efficiency: Suitable for liquid-solid filtration, capable of filtering particles around 0.45 micrometers; for gas-solid filtration, capable of filtering particles around 0.3 micrometers; low pressure difference. High regeneration efficiency: Utilizes a simple gas-liquid rapid backflushing method to efficiently and quickly regenerate clogged microporous tubes; after a period of use, chemical regeneration can be applied to extend the service life of the filter tubes. Excellent chemical resistance: Microporous tubes are resistant to various acids, bases, salts, and most organic solvents; non-toxic, odorless, and non-leaching of foreign matter; applicable in industries such as food, chemicals, and environmental protection.
Material: Made primarily from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the material meets GMP and FDA requirements. Adhesive-free with wide chemical compatibility.
Structure: Scientifically formulated and sintered at high temperatures, the filter core features identical inner and outer pore sizes, allowing for easy backflushing and slag removal. The thick filtration layer makes it difficult for solid particles to pass through at high working pressures. PE Sintered Filter Core, Polyethylene Sintered Filter Core
Polyethylene (PE) Sintered Filter Core Cleaning
(1) Physical Cleaning: Remove the housing, backwash with pure water, then blow with 0.1 MPa compressed air. Typically clean 2-3 times.
(2) Chemical Cleaning: When physical cleaning methods are ineffective due to long-term use, immerse the microporous PE tube and cavity in a 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 48 hours. Then, rinse thoroughly with incoming water, soak in a 5% hydrochloric acid solution for 4 hours, and backwash with pure water. Finally, use 0.1 MPa compressed air for reverse blowing.
