Micro-porous pleated filter cores feature pleated design, large membrane filtration area, high dirt-holding capacity, low pressure difference, and long service life. The cores are made entirely of pure PP material, offering a wide chemical compatibility.
Micro-porous pleated filter cores are made by folding ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membranes and non-woven or (sieve) inner and outer support layers. The center rod and end cover of the filter core shell are processed into shape using hot melt welding technology, free of any adhesives, with no leaks or secondary contamination.
