
The LJK series magnetic iron separator is mainly used for iron removal on conveyer belts for raw ore, sintered ore, pelletized ore, lump ore, and iron concentrate, etc. The LJK series magnetic iron separator relies on its unique magnetic circuit design to perform multiple separations on the selected materials, thereby separating iron pieces that could damage the production line in a way that minimizes the amount of material carried, achieving the purpose of protecting the belt from scratches and safeguarding the subsequent crushing equipment.
Operating Principle:
1. The working process of the LJK series magnetic mineral iron separator is as follows:
1.1 When the metal detector detects an iron signal, it transmits the signal to the automatic electrical control rectifier cabinet.
1.2 The rectifier cabinet timely starts the iron separator belt and energizes the excitation. When the iron pieces reach under the main magnetic pole, the surface or deep iron pieces and some magnetic materials are simultaneously lifted by the instantaneous excitation.
1.3 After the iron pieces are lifted, immediately switch to maintain the excitation state, and stop lifting any more material to minimize the amount of material carried out.
1.4 The iron pieces and magnetic materials picked up are moved backward by the iron separator belt, undergoing the first magnetic separation. During the first separation, large pieces of magnetic materials semi-re-enter the conveying belt.
1.5 The material continues to run along the belt, reaching a magnetic separation area with a special magnetic field arrangement. After multiple separations in the separation area, most of the magnetic material falls back onto the conveying belt.
1.6 The remaining small amount of materials and parts are transported to the non-magnetic sorting platform for a final separation, thereby achieving a complete separation of ferrous materials from magnetic materials. 1.7 The excitation of the LJK iron separator's main unit is completely stopped, and the separator belt is delayed in stopping to await the next signal.
