Overview:
The drawer-type iron separator is primarily used for sorting fine iron impurities from powdery and finely granular materials. Inside the drawer-type separator, there are usually multiple magnetic grids, with the magnetic bars of the upper and lower grids arranged in an interlaced pattern. This design prevents iron shavings from escaping through magnetic blind spots, allowing the materials passing through the drawer-type separator to fully contact the surface of the magnetic bars, thereby more effectively sorting out the fine iron impurities from the material.
Widely used in production lines for food, food additives, feed, fine chemicals, lithium batteries, pigments, carbon black, and plastics industries.
