Overview:

　The CXGB series dry magnetic separator is a magnetic separation equipment used for continuous iron removal from fine powder, granular, and small blocky materials. It features an arched magnet fixed on an axis, while a non-magnetic drum rotates along the magnetic field circumference. The iron impurities attracted are brought to the bottom of the magnetic drum, and as the ferromagnetic substances exit the magnetic field, they lose the magnetic attraction and fall into the reject iron box, completing the iron separation process. The internal structure uses a magnetic system composed of strong neodymium-iron-boron materials, characterized by strong magnetic field, high attraction, high iron removal rate, energy saving, easy maintenance, and convenience of use. The machine can adjust the feed amount, making it suitable for materials of different particle sizes. The product is widely used in industries such as glass, ceramics, cement, abrasive tools, refractory materials, carbon black, grain, feed, chemicals, and non-metallic mineral selection.
