Overview:
CTBThe Type Semi-Counter-Current Wet Magnetic Separator is suitable for the scavenging and concentration of wet ore particles less than 0.5mm in size with strong magnetic properties, particularly for the concentration of minerals with particle sizes of 0.15mm to 0mm. It can also remove strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The CTB Type Semi-Counter-Current Wet Magnetic Separator can produce high-quality iron concentrate while achieving a good recovery rate, making it widely used in production practice. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a strong magnetic field and high magnetic field gradient, offering high processing capacity. It can be connected in series and parallel, enabling multiple scavenging and concentration cycles.
Operating Principle:
As the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed onto the cylinder surface, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed out by the water flow. The magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field. They are then flushed into the concentrate tank with the washing water, completing the separation process.
