Overview:
The electromagnetic paste machine features a high magnetic field with even distribution and a steep gradient, demonstrating significant iron removal effects; the cooling system employs forced water cooling for efficient heat dissipation, reducing the temperature by about 20℃ and extending the service life of the electromagnetic wire; the brake valve is made of imported material, ensuring a sturdy and durable body with no residual paste leakage upon closure; the iron removal process uses vibration combined with high-pressure water pump flushing, guaranteeing thorough cleaning with no residue; the mesh is precision-made from special material, eliminating residual magnetism after the excitation coil power is disconnected, facilitating iron removal; fully automated operation requires no manual intervention, making iron removal quick and effortless with no remnants left.
Operation Process:
Power on the unit, open the inlet and outlet valves, close the return and iron discharge valves, and activate the magnetization unit. Once all the ore slurry has passed through the iron separator, close the inlet and outlet valves, open the return valve, and discharge the remaining slurry from the separator through the return valve. Then, deactivate the magnetization, close the inlet, outlet, and return valves, open the iron discharge valve, and expel the iron-containing substances adsorbed on the magnetic medium.
Application Range:
Electromagnetic slurry machines are widely used for removing iron powder, fine iron powder, magnetic materials, and other substances from slurry glazes in industries such as ceramics, mining, chemicals, electronics, and food processing.
