Overview:
The K-type reciprocating coal feeder is used for feeding coal or other granular materials with low abrasiveness and low adhesiveness. It continuously and evenly deposits the material from storage bins or feed pits into conveying equipment or other screening equipment.
Working Principle and Structure Description:
The K-type coal feeder consists of a frame, base plate (coal chute), transmission platform, hopper, gate, roller, etc. Once the motor is activated, it drives the inclined 5° base plate to perform a straight back-and-forth motion on the rollers through an elastic coupling, a reducer, and an electric handle linkage mechanism, evenly discharging coal onto other equipment.
The machine can be configured with either a hopper or without a hopper, as needed.
The coal feeders are available in two structural types: 1. with adjustable valves 2. without adjustable valves, with the feeding capacity being achieved through the adjustable valves.
