Product Description
The Tianjin Washing Vehicle is a dual-engine, dual-pump washing truck, which is a specialized washing vehicle integrated with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts. It is based on a standard Type II chassis, equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure washing systems.
This vehicle is equipped with an independent high and low-pressure water system for washing operations, providing a pressure water source. Its working principle is: using the high-pressure water generated by the high-pressure pump, which is then sprayed out through the high-pressure nozzles of the spray frame, utilizing the kinetic energy of the high-pressure water stream to clean at high pressure and low flow, effectively removing dirt and saving water. It can thoroughly clean old stains on the road surface; or the high-pressure water can be sprayed out from the left (or right) corner to clean curbs, sidewalks, and guardrail isolation areas; a high-pressure spray gun can also be used to clean road signs, billboards, overpasses, etc.; the spray system has powerful dust suppression, air disinfectant spraying, and air humidity regulation functions.
High-pressure water pumps are driven from the auxiliary engine through a drive shaft, belt transmission, electromagnetic clutch, and a coupling.
Low-pressure water system with a two-stage impeller centrifugal pump, featuring high efficiency, wide sprinkling width, and long water jet range. Optional features include greenery irrigation and self-priming capabilities. The low-pressure water pump is directly driven by the chassis variable speed drive via a drive shaft.
The high-pressure pump, nozzle, high-pressure spray gun, and critical hydraulic and electrical components of this vehicle are all made with internationally renowned brand products, offering excellent performance and reliable operation.

2. Offer repair services (including customization requests) to customers. During the "warranty" period, the company will provide after-sales service for quality issues caused by manufacturing, assembly, and materials. Outside the "warranty" period, customers still enjoy professional tracking of product usage, along with repair and parts supply, promptly arranging for the shipment of consumables and accessories.
3. Train employees of user units in the proper use, operation, and full maintenance skills of environmental sanitation equipment, collaborate with user units to cultivate technical talent, and jointly enhance product assurance levels. Ensure that operators master the basic structure, principles, operation, and fault analysis and troubleshooting methods of vehicles and equipment.
4. Any non-human caused mechanical failures and damage to parts during the warranty period will be covered for free replacement.
5. Quick response technical support, offering timely service guarantees. For quality issues reported by users within the warranty period, Lu Ban guarantees a clear response to the user on the same day upon receiving the notification. If on-site service is deemed necessary, after-sales personnel will arrive at the service location within 24-48 hours based on the region, location, and distance, or entrust a designated person to provide on-site after-sales service.
