The compactor waste truck is composed of the chassis, waste bin, tipping unloading mechanism, rear door opening and closing mechanism, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. It features an attractive appearance, comfortable driving, easy operation, high mobility, and reliability. This vehicle is primarily used for the loading and unloading functions of compacted waste blocks at compaction stations, and can be used in both vertical and horizontal split compaction stations to form a complete set of medium or large-scale waste transfer station equipment.
Product Features:
The whole vehicle is fully sealed, self-compressing and self-tilting, with all waste water during the compression process entering the waste water tank, which effectively addresses the issue of secondary pollution during garbage transportation, avoiding inconvenience to people. The key components use imported parts, featuring high pressure, good sealing, easy operation, and safety.
Operation Process:
The working principle involves the hydraulic opening of the rear door of the container to dump waste into the chamber. During unloading, the rear cover of the container also automatically flips open hydraulically. The lifting cylinder then raises the middle/top section to discharge the waste, completing the unloading process.
