Hook arm garbage trucks, also known as dump trucks with detachable bodies, are primarily used for waste collection and transportation in urban sanitation, property management, large factories, mining and industrial sites, etc. Equipped with a full hydraulic control system, these trucks allow for complete separation of the garbage body from the chassis, featuring reasonable structure, easy operation, stability, high efficiency, good sealing performance, and convenient dumping. They can operate in conjunction with multiple garbage bodies, enabling circular transportation and significantly enhancing the vehicle's transportation capacity.

Operation Process

Garbage bin lifting operation instructions:

1. Push the locking hook operation handle to the retract position, retract the locking cylinder, causing the locking frame to retract and securely lock the flip frame to the attached frame.

2. Pull the arm handle up to the raised position, extend the arm cylinder, rotate the movable arm around the pivot axis of the flip-over frame, positioning the arm at the hook box, adjust the height of the arm hook appropriately and align it with the box body's curved hook.

3. As the arm hook hooks onto the body hook, continue to push the arm operation handle down to the lower position, allowing the trash bin to continue being loaded onto the vehicle.

4. After the garbage truck body is lowered onto the attachment frame, release the arm handle to return it to the middle position. Then, pull up the locking hook handle to the locked position, extending the locking cylinder. This flips up the locking frame and secures it to the body, then release the handle to return it to the middle. Complete the loading of the garbage truck body, release the power take-off, and the vehicle is ready for transport.

Waste bin lifting operation instructions:

1. Push the locking hook handle to the retract position, retract the locking cylinder, causing the locking frame to retract and securely lock the flip frame to the attachment frame.

2. Pull the arm handle up to the raised position, extend the arm cylinder, rotate the movable arm around the pivot axis of the flip-over frame, positioning the arm at the hook box, adjust the height of the arm hook appropriately and align it with the box body's bend hook.

3. As the arm hook hooks onto the body's bend hook, continue to push the arm operation handle down to the lower position to keep the waste bin on the vehicle.

4. After the waste bin body is lowered onto the trailer frame, release the arm handle to return it to the center position, then pull up the locking hook handle to lock it in place, extending the locking cylinder. This causes the locking frame to lift and securely lock the flip frame to the bin body, then release the handle to center it; complete the bin body mounting, disengage the power take-off, and the vehicle is ready for transportation and operation.

Outside the "warranty period," customers still benefit from professional tracking of product usage, along with repair and spare parts supply. We promptly handle the shipment of consumables and wear parts for customers.

3. Train employees of user units in the proper use, operation, and comprehensive maintenance of sanitation equipment, collaborate with user units to cultivate technical talent, and jointly enhance product assurance levels. Ensure that operators master the basic structure, principles, operation, fault analysis, and troubleshooting methods of vehicles and equipment.

4. All non-human-induced mechanical failures and damage to parts during the warranty period will be covered for free replacement.

5. Rapid response technical support with timely service assurance. For quality issues reported by users within the warranty period, Lu Ban guarantees a clear response to users on the same day upon receiving the user's notification. If on-site service is deemed necessary, after-service staff will arrive at the service location within 24-48 hours based on the region, location, and distance, or entrust a specialist for on-site after-sales service.

Special circumstances will be discussed with the user to agree on a time for prompt handling, ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.
