These trucks feature a full hydraulic control system, allowing the hopper to be completely detached from the chassis. They offer advantages such as a reasonable structure, simple and stable operation, high efficiency, good sealing performance, and easy dumping. They can enable a single truck to work with multiple hoppers, facilitating circular transportation and significantly enhancing the vehicle's transportation capacity.

Operation Process

Waste bin lifting operation instructions:

1. Push the locking hook operation handle to the retract position, retract the locking cylinder, causing the locking frame to retract and securely lock the flip frame to the attached frame.

2. Pull the arm handle up to the raised position, extend the arm cylinder, rotate the movable arm around the pivot axis of the flip-over frame, with the arm in the hook box position. Adjust the height of the arm hook appropriately and align it with the box body's bend hook.

3. When the arm hook hooks onto the body bend hook, continue to push the arm operation handle down to the down position to keep the waste bin on the vehicle.

4. After the garbage truck body is lowered onto the attachment frame, release the arm lever handle to return it to the center position. Then, pull up the locking hook lever handle to the locked position, extending the locking cylinder to lift the locking frame and secure the flip frame to the garbage truck body. Release the handle to return it to the center position; complete the loading of the garbage truck body. Release the power take-off, and the vehicle is ready for transport and operation.

3. When the arm hook hooks onto the container's curved hook, continue to push the arm operation handle down to the lowered position to keep the trash bin on the vehicle.

4. After the trash bin is lowered onto the trailer frame, release the arm lever handle to return it to the center position. Then, pull the locking hook lever handle up to the locked position, extending the locking cylinder. This flips up the locking frame and secures it to the trash bin, then release the handle to return it to the center. The loading of the trash bin onto the truck is now complete. Release the power take-off, and the vehicle is ready for transportation.
