One. IntroductionBrief Introduction
The LLY High-Efficiency Fiber Filter is a generation fiber bundle filter equipment, early adopting the filtering technology for long fibers. It is composed of components such as the housing, filter elements, pressurized chamber, piping system, and pressurized chamber filling and draining system. During operation, water flows from bottom to top through the filter layer. The cleaning method uses a combination of air and water washing, ensuring good cleaning results. This filter boasts deep filtering effects, fast filtration speed, large dirt holding capacity, and high-quality effluent.
The LLY high-efficiency fiber filter is the first generation of fiber bundle filtration equipment and the first application of long fiber filtration technology. It is composed of shell, filter element, pressure chamber, pipe system, pressure chamber filling and drainage system and other parts. Water passes through the filter from bottom to top when the equipment is in operation. The cleaning method is combined with air and water, and the cleaning effect is good. The filter has the advantages of deep filtration, fast filtration speed, large pollution capacity and good effluent quality.
All equipment interfaces are equipped with flanges of PN 1.0 MPa pressure class.
The equipment supply includes the flange at the first interface; the valve is to be arranged by the customer.
Our supply range includes both inlet and outlet pressure gauges, as well as inlet and outlet sampling valves.
The pressure grade of all interface flanges of the equipment is pn1.0mpa;
The device is supplied to an interface flange, and the valve is self-reliant.
