The Pallet Bagging Conveyer is a specialized conveying equipment for automatic quantitative packaging machine production lines, used in fully automatic packaging and stacking production lines. The role of the Pallet Bagging Conveyer is to transport bags to the location where the robotic gripper can automatically pick up and retrieve them.

The stacker bagging conveyor is designed with special features, being a powered roller conveyor with belt-driven conveyance. The roller spacing of the bagging conveyor is compatible with the dimensions of robot and mechanical arm grippers.

The conveying machine for bagging and stacking is equipped with photoelectric switches for automatic sensing. The packaging bags automatically stop at the picking position. If the bag is not picked up by the robot and reaches the entrance of the stacking conveyor after being placed on the stacker, the subsequent conveying machine will automatically stop. The stacking conveyor is used in conjunction with the tray storage conveying system. The combination of the robot stacker, robot arm, bagging conveying machine, automatic tray storage, and stacking tray storage forms an automatic stacking unit.
