The Automatic Bag Inverter, also known as the Automatic Bag Flipper, is an essential piece of equipment before the Shaping Machine, used in automatic packaging and stacking production lines. Its function is to automatically invert the sealed packaging bags after they are placed, and then they are passed through the Shaping Machine before entering the subsequent inspection and stacking unit. A standard Automatic Bag Inverter consists of the following components: a push-bag rod, an inverting plate, an automatic rotating drum, complemented by conveyors and guide plates to form a complete inverting system. The typical operation process involves the upright packaging bags being pushed over by the push-bag rod, then being flatly turned and conveyed by the cooperation of the inverting plate and the conveyor belt. The automatic rotating drum is used to facilitate the bag flipping process after inverting. The standard Automatic Bag Inverter features a belt width of 650mm and a length of 2000mm, with a motor power of 0.55kw. The Bag Inverter can also be integrated with the Shaping Machine to form an Inverting and Shaping Machine. This type of Automatic Bag Inverter is suitable for straight-line layouts of automatic packaging machine production lines. For vertical or right-angle production lines, a vertical push or throw Bag Inverter can be selected.
