Automated tray storage systems are used in fully automatic packaging lines for robotic stacking stations. Their function is to store empty trays and automatically output them. These automated tray storage systems typically hold ten empty trays. The stacking tray storage is equipped with an air-powered lift mechanism that can transport individual empty trays to the tray output conveyor.

Pallet Stacking Storage and Automatic Pallet Output System includes the following equipment: Automatic Pallet Storage, Bag Feeding Conveyors (Robot Arm Bag Handling Conveyors), Empty Pallet Output Conveyors, Full Pallet Conveyors, Stacking Output Conveyors, Safety Fencing, and optional Film Wrapping Conveyors. Upstream equipment also includes Bag Flattening Conveyors, Automatic Bag Pressing and Leveling Conveyors, etc.
