▍Product Introduction
The centrifugal blower is skillfully designed with a pressure range of 0.1-0.5 kgf/cm². It is mainly composed of six parts: motor, air filter, blower unit, air chamber, base (which also serves as an oil tank), and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates through an eccentrically positioned rotor within the cylinder, causing the volume change between the blades to intake, compress, and exhaust air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically sends lubricating oil to the oil drip nozzle, which drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while also preventing the backflow of gases within the cylinder.
The rotary blower operates by an eccentrically rotating rotor within the cylinder, which changes the volume between the blades in the rotor slots to吸入, compress, and exhaust air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically sends lubricating oil to the oil drip nozzle, where it is dripped into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while also preventing the backflow of gases within the cylinder.
