The company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment, offering precise, stable cuts with minimal error. We can provide cutting services for various sizes of PC sheets, including PC clear sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC embossed sheets, and PC sheet materials, as per customer requirements. Standard PC board sizes are 1000mm x 2000mm and 1220mm x 2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to custom sizes upon request.
2. PC sheet materials, plate bending
Polycarbonate sheets can withstand an impact force of up to 3 kg/cm. The impact strength of PC sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, posing almost no risk of breakage. Even when dropped from two meters with a hammer weighing less than 3 kg, there are no cracks. They are also known as "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel." The high impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending and shaping at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large-scale bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold bending and hot bending shaping for PC sheets up to 2.5 meters. Polycarbonate sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to design plans to install arched, semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
3. PCB Etching
Based on customer-provided drawings or product samples, we engrave using high-quality imported PC boards as the base material. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC engraving machinery, which can achieve precision control of 0.02mm and is capable of cutting various shapes on sheets up to 1300mm*2500mm in size, including flat holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes. This meets the diverse technical processing requirements for panels, enclosures, and windows.
4. PC board bonding
Bonded with PC-specific adhesive for robust, aesthetically pleasing connections without residue marks, suitable for manufacturing various boxes, mechanical accessories, and crafts.
